What this site is

This site lets you join a waitlist for Fauxhaul, a simulated shopping experience that is still being built. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reserve a product, or obligate you to anything.

What Fauxhaul is and isn't

Fauxhaul is a simulation. When it launches, "checking out" in Fauxhaul will not purchase anything, charge you anything, or ship anything to you.
Products, brands, and prices shown in Fauxhaul belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so.
If Fauxhaul offers a "make it real" option, it will send you to a third-party retailer. Any purchase you make there is between you and that retailer under their terms.
Any demo you see is a preview. Features, products, pricing, and launch timing may change or never ship.

By joining the waitlist you agree that we may email you about Fauxhaul. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't submit email addresses that aren't yours, and don't try to disrupt, scrape, or abuse this site.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. We make no promises that it will be available, error-free, or that Fauxhaul will launch.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
