Nothing is charged, nothing ships. You might find you don't even want the thing anymore. That's the point.
Why this exists
You already do this. You add things to carts at midnight and never check out. You screenshot stuff you'll never buy. The browsing is the fun part, and the credit card bill is the part that ruins it.
Fauxhaul keeps the fun part and deletes the bill. If you ever do want the real thing, there's a button for that. No pressure, no guilt, no box of regret on the porch.

Is this a real store?
The products are real. The checkout is a simulation. You never enter a real card and you are never charged.
So what do I actually get?
The ritual. Browsing, choosing, the confirmation email, the tracking, the "delivered" screen. Everything except the bill and the box.
What if I want to really buy something?
Every item has a "make it real" option that takes you to the actual store. Totally optional.
